NORTHWEST AUSTIN, TEXAS
TOWN & COUNTRY OPTIMIST CLUB

REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD.

Town and Country Optimist is switching to a New Online Registration System. Every player and adult (including returning players/adults) MUST register online as a new registrant. If you have previously used a user id/password, that userid/password is NO LONGER valid.
Registration for Winter 2008 Lacrosse is now available. As the other sports begin the registration process for their season, you will be notified by email and you will be able to register online for that sport.

If you cannot pay by echeck or visa/mastercard during online registration, you will need to go to the Town and Country Optimist offices, located at 9100 Meadowheath Drive, Austin, Texas 78729.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to register online within the office and pay.  NO MAIL IN CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

If you have any questions about fee payment options, please contact the Town and Country Optimist office at 331-0438.

Team Selection and Player Assignments

T&C Lacrosse attempts to coordinate teams by “neighborhood” for all teams and attempts to group players on older teams based on feeder schools leading into high school if possible. However, we can not guarantee team assignments since we must also take into consideration other factors including coaching availability and the need to balance the number of players on each team. Requests to play with a specific coach or friend will be considered but not guaranteed. Registrations that request to play with multiple friends may not be accommodated. Registrations received later in the registration cycle and after the original registration may be subject to team availability.
